The Hanoi University of Public Health (HUPH) organized activities to welcome newly enrolled students to HUPH

On September 10, 2021, the HUPH’s first batch of new undergraduate students in 2021 participated in their first meeting with representatives of the Management Board and relevant units of HUPH. Although this was an online meeting due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the new students were all very eager and confident with new beginning steps on their journey to becoming new students at HUPH.

Attending the meeting were Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Thanh Ha, MD, Ph.D., Deputy Secretary of the Party Committee, Vice-Rector in charge of Training, together with representatives of Faculties involved in program coordination, Departments, Centers and new students of HUPH.

At the meeting, new students were introduced to the tradition and development orientation of HUPH, regulations on training, and student affairs. Those faculties involved in program coordination also convened a meeting with students in each major to introduce the training program, career opportunities, and guide them on learning methods and necessary soft skills. This is also an opportunity for sharing and exchange for new students with teachers and friends of the same major and training course.

As planned, candidates who use the enrolment method by end-of-high school exam scores will receive notice of their matriculation and admission to the Hanoi University of Public Health during September 16-26, 2021.
