JOB VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT

LAO CAI HAPPINESS PROGRAM, VIETNAM

The Happiness Program, funded by Korean International Cooperation Agency, covers four components including Social Rural Development (infrastructure, microfinance), Capacity Buildings in Health, Education and Local Governmental Administration. The program shall be implemented throughout 2015 to 2018 in Lao Cai province, Vietnam.

For the Program Implementation, the Project Management Consultant(PMC) would like to recruit the following positions with below task requirements (one expert for each position):

1. Health specialist
2. Assist in data collection, survey and program development for health
3. Together with Korean expert coordinate, and prepare basic and advanced health training and degree program
4. Together with Korean expert coordinate, and prepare capacity building program for women
5. Assist to coordinate, organize health workshop
6. Monitor  and evaluate the implementation of health component together with Korean expert; write reports in English or Korean
7. Assist to Korean health specialist and PM in connection with the implementation of the component.

• RECRUITING CRITERIA
• Requirements: relevant university or college graduates with more than 2 years working experience is required. Master’s degreein the field or international project experienceand also experience in coordination with government authoritiesare advantages.
• Excellent writing and speaking in English or Korean.
• Contract Type: Full Time for 12months
• Working hour: 8 AM to 5 PM( including 1 hour lunch time)

• OTHERS

• Contract shall be one year and may be extended up to three years according to work performance

• WORK LOCATION:

• PMC Office for Happiness Program, at Lao ODA PMU Office Building, Lao Cai city, Lao Cai province with frequent travel to program implementation areas in some of districts of Lao Cai province.
