Vibrantly festival of performances and sports in Hanoi School of Public Health Health
To celebrate Vietnam Doctor's Day February 27th, International Women's Day March 8th and Foundation Anniversary of Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union March 26th, HSPH Labor Union Executive Committee in collaboration with Youth Union held the festival of performances and sports. This activity attracted a large and enthusiastic participation of all staffs, lecturers and students of School. The trade union groups, youth branch of students took part in with many items that rich in content and form belong to the themes, songs and dance praising country, love and life. Although there have not much time to practice, but the units has worked hard to bring to festival the performance of songs, dances and lyrics. The songs has made an impression on the Judges and the good feelings in the hearts of the participants.

Launched initially in March, the festival has attracted 100% of the full time and part time students, master students and 13/15 trade union groups in whole school to involve. In the preliminary round, there were a total of 65 items, including 42 items of students, 23 items of staffs and lecturers. After preliminary round, there were 23 items in the finals. It was not simple an activities to greeting the public holidays in March, the festival of performances and sports in HSPH has brought a joyful, exciting atmosphere and solidarity, enhancing the spiritual life for officials and students. On the evening of March 26th, the finals has jubilantly took place with the participation of Prof.. Dr. Phan Van Tuong - Chairman of the School’s Labor Union, MSc. Tran Thi Phuc Hang, Head of the School’s Women Board, the trade union groups, youth branch of students and large number of staffs, lecturers of the school.

In his opening speech, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Phan Van Tuong, Chairman of the School’s Labor Union, emphasized that "the festival of performance in HSPH is a cultural activity, a meaningful playing field. Bearing deep in character HSPH - the school is not only active in teaching and learning but also in all other activities, especially art culture. "

The clear appearance of the kids along with the spontaneous dance blew a cheerful atmosphere for the show.

The trade union group of Undergraduate Education – Quality Assuarance – Youth Union gave a soul on the song “Chiếc khăn Piêu” - a work that was born 60 years ago, having received enthusiastic cheers of the audience. The beauty and the wonder were the seamless intergration of ethnic language that make a “Chiếc khăn Piêu” romantic, flying but remains rustic and pure of the original folk song.

The song “Bác vẫn cùng chúng cháu hành quân” showed by the union trade group of Finance and Accounting had a political significance, just as Uncle direct the way. The song was sang with the following by all viewers in an eloquent manner. The audience was still engulfed in the sea and boat in the love song “Thuyền và biển” that showed by this group. Besides, the show also brought the dance arranged elaborately such as “Duyên dáng Việt Nam” – Master of Public Health K16, “Ánh trăng nói hộ lòng tôi” - CNCQ K11, etc.

Three consolation prizes were: “Ngẫu hứng Sông Hồng” - Undergraduate Education – Political education & Students’ Affair - Quality Assuarance – Youth Union, “Những cô gái Quan họ” – CNCQ K10, “Rạng rỡ Việt Nam” – CNCQ K11.

In section of Trio / Duet: the First Prize belong to “Gặp nhau trong rừng mơ” – VLVH K7, the Second Prize was “Trường sơn đông Trường Sơn Tây” – Master of Hospital Management K5, and “Tình ca Tây Bắc” - VLVH 6 won the Third Prize. Two consolation prizes were “Tình ta biển bạc đồng xanh” – VLVH 7 and “Người đi xây hồ Kẻ Gỗ” - Environmental Health - Occupational Health.

Three consolation prizes were “Nơi em gặp anh” – Basic Medicine group, “Khát vọng” – Master of Public Health 16, “Tình đất” – VLVH 5.

Besides, in the sport, there were 6 teams of tug of war and 4 volleyball teams. About results in the tug of war competition, the First Prize awarded to VLVH7 team, the Second Prize belong to Staff- Lecturer team and VLVH 6 won the Third Prize. At the volleyball, the First Prize awarded to VLVH7 team, the Second Prize awarded to CNCQ team and the Third Prize belong to Staff – Lecturer team.
