March 2013 News Highlight

1.     Education News:

-       On 2^nd March 2013, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Huong, Deputy Dean of the Hanoi School of Public Health, joined direct enrollment consultant in 2013 on VTV2 Channel.

-       On 4^th March 2013, Department of Undergraduate Education involved in training course on the admission guidelines at Ton Duc Thang University - Ho Chi Minh City.

-       On 10^th March 2013, Department of Political Education & Student’s Affair in  collaboration with Department of Undergraduate Education and the Youth Union participated in the exhibition and admission consultant in "Admission Day" at the Hanoi University of Science & Technology.

-        On 23^th March 2013, the Granting Ceremony was held at the Hanoi School of Public Health. In this ceremony, HSPH awarded the PhD degree and Master degree for 70 students of Couses on Public Health and Hospital Administration. Especially, 20 new Masters majors in Hospital Administration, the 3rd course, that come from provinces in the Central Highland including DakLak, Khanh Hoa, Lam Dong, have also received the Master degree in this occasion.

 

Prof. Dr. Le Vu Anh awarded for 2 PhD in Public Health

-        On 26^th March 2013, Department of Graduate Education in collaboration with Department of Political Education & Student’s Affair organized the orientation meeting with new PhD candidates, 8^th class. This is annual activity to exchange, share and guide the advantages and difficults that PhD students will encounter during the research and study process at HSPH.

2.     Organizational activities News

-       On 6^th April 2013, Party branch of Department of Student’s Affair organized the enrollment ceremony for 4 students as new Communist Party member.

-       On the occasion of the Internationla Women Day (8^th March 2013), the Women Board has organized the tour for women to visit landscapes at Yen Tu (Quang Ninh) – Con Son, Kiep Bac (Hai Duong).

-        Union Executive Board in collaboration with Youth Union successfully held the festival of  performanced and sportd throughout the school aims to celebrate anniversary days including 27^th February, 8^th March, 26^th March; and Youth Month. This activity has attracted staffs, faculties and students joinning.
