According to Deputy Minister of Health, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thanh Long, implementing Decision 38/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister will be faced with many difficulties include workforce (specialized inspection staff at the facility is still lacked while  the need is raising) and time (time for pilot is 1 year) while the condition of safety food is very serious.

Deputy Minister Nguyen Thanh Long emphasized that: This is the first time, the inspecting on food safety will be piloted in the commune. There are many persons who sit here, are not health workers. However, when we are involved in the decision No. 38/2015/QD-TTg of the Prime Minister, we carry in our shoulder the responsibilities of three ministry and three sectors. In the near future, Ministry of Health will issue a decision to establish working groups among 3 ministries related to support for implementing the food safety inspecting work.
