Handing a decision on the appointment of the Vice-Rector of Hanoi University of Public Health over to A/Prof.Le Thi Thanh Huong, Ph.D.
On February 11, 2022, the Hanoi University of Public Health (HUPH) solemnly held a ceremony to announce Resolution No. 101/NQ-HDT of the HUPH Board of Trustees dated January 27, 2022, on the appointment of A/Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Ph.D. to hold the position of Vice-Rector of HUPH for the term 2020 – 2025.
The ceremony was attended by Dr. Tran Viet Hung - Deputy Director of Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Health, Dr. Trinh Van Hung - Head of Training Division, and Dr. Tran Thi My Hanh – Administration of Science, Technology, and Training - Ministry of Health. For the HUPH side, the ceremony saw the presence of Prof. Bui Thi Thu Ha, MD, Ph.D. -HUPH’s Party Committee Secretary and Board of Trustees Chairwoman, and all leaders of HUPH Faculties and Departments.
At the ceremony, A/Prof. La Ngoc Quang, MD, Ph.D. – HUPH Vice-Rector announced the Resolution, and then Prof. Bui Thi Thu Ha, MD, Ph.D. - HUPH’s Party Committee Secretary and Board of Trustees Chairwoman conferred the Resolution, presented congratulatory flowers, and assigned tasks to A/Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong. Prof. Bui Thi Thu Ha expressed her wish that to A/Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong in the position of HUPH Vice-Rector would continue to strive, train, promote the spirit of solidarity, and raise the sense of responsibility to join hands with the collectives of HUPH’s Party Committee and leaders to complete the assigned tasks.
Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Tran Viet Hung - Deputy Director of the Department of Organization and Personnel, Ministry of Health congratulated A/Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong, and hoped that, with her new position, capacity, and enthusiasm, the newly appointed Vice-Rector would make many contributions to HUPH’s development, thus building HUPH stronger and stronger over time.
A/Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Ph.D. expressed her thanks to the attention and facilitation of the Ministry of Health, the HUPH’s Party Committee, Board of Trustees, Management Board, leaders of various units, and all staff for her and pledged to make efforts and strive to complete the assigned tasks.
