Student enrolment of all courses and response to changes in enrolment regulations of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET) at Hanoi University of Public Health

In 2021 and 2022, MOET has issued new regulations related to the enrolment at undergraduate, master, and doctoral levels, including major changes in entry standards for students as well as enrolment methods (Circular No. 18/2021/TT-BGDDT dated June 28, 2021, promulgating Regulations on enrolment and training at the doctoral level, Circular No. 23/2011/TT-BGDDT dated August 30, 2021, promulgating Regulations on enrolment and training at master level, and Circular No. 09/2020/TT-BGDĐT). Responding to these changes, in 2022, HUPH has updated with modifications in enrolment regulations and in implementation of enrolment such as updating enrolment notices, supplementing registration forms for selection, changes in exam subjects, bank of exam questions, review and adjustment of enrolment management software, compliance with MOET’s general admission process and plan (for university formal admissions). Up to now, HUPH has completed the 1st round of enrolment for undergraduate students in the in-service program, the early selection and preparation for the official selection of enrolment for full-time HUPH students at the beginning of September 2022, and the first batch of postgraduate examination. HUPH will continue to enroll students for the next batches until December 31, 2022, in fields of study that still have quotas.
