HUPH Staff Union successfully held the 15th Institutional-level Staff Union Conference, tenure of 2023-2028
On May 12, 2023, the HUPH Staff Union solemnly held the 15th Conference for the 2023-2028 tenure. Present at the Congress were Mr. Vu Anh Tuan - Standing Committee member, Vice Chairman of the Vietnam National Union of Health Workers, and representatives of Universities’ Unions as guests. Attended the Conference, for HUPH, where Prof. Bui Thi Thu Ha, MD, Ph.D. - HUPH Secretary of the Party Committee, Chairwoman of Board of Trustee, Prof. Dr. Hoang Van Minh – HUPH Rector and members of Management Board, representing HUPH Staff Union Executive Committee - Assoc. Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Ph.D. – Vice-Rector, members of the Executive Committee, and all HUPH Staff Union members.
Speaking at the Conference, Mr. Vu Anh Tuan highly appreciated the operational activity results of the HUPH Staff Union in the last tenure, continuing to promote those achievements as well as the strengths of HUPH to maintain and organize many useful activities to strengthen solidarity and build a strong Union’s organizational structure.
Also at the Conference, Prof. Bui Thi Thu Ha, MD, Ph.D. recognized and commended the achievements of the HUPH Staff Union; highly appreciated the position and role of the staff union organization, especially in creating a strong solidarity entity, actively contributing to the development process, enhancing HUPH brand, reputation and position over the past time. Concurrently, Prof. Ha also pointed out the challenges that HUPH Staff Union needs to coordinate and accompany to overcome in the new 2023-2028 tenure to continue to ensure HUPH development is in line with the set strategy.
With a sense of responsibility and democracy, the Conference unanimously selected and voted for the 15th Executive Committee of HUPH Staff Union, 2023-2028 tenure, including seven members. The directions, discussions, and presentations were seriously acknowledged by the Conference. The Conference unanimously approved a resolution with many important targets that the HUPH Staff Union strives to achieve in the tenure of 2023-2028.
