Training center for social demand
1. Function
- Training Center of social demand needs has the function to consult the Board of Directors on the overall strategy, organize the implementation and management of short-term training activities assigned by the Ministry of Health according to the society need.
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor the implementation in all promotional activities of university enrollment.
2. Task
- Make short-term training plans and promote annual enrollment
- Develop and update regulations, processes, and forms related to short-term training
- Organize short-term training courses assigned by the Ministry of Health annually or according to requirements of the health sector, social needs based on the university's capacity.
- Act as the focal point for university enrollment activities (short-term and long-term); monitor and evaluate the implementation results.
- Provide information and reports on short-term training as required
- Act as the focal point to develop short-term training programs
- Monitor and evaluate the implementation of Regulations and Procedures on the management of short-term training according to the plan
- Effectively manage and utilize university resources
- Comply with the information and report regime as prescribed
- Perform other duties assigned by the Principal
