The 2021-2026 period of Leadership and Management planning and the 2026-2031 period of Leadership and Management planning are reviewed and supplemented by HUPH.

Leadership and management planning is a task that plays an extremely important role in all stages of staffing work. Implementing the regulations of the Party Civil Affairs Committee of the Ministry of Health on guiding leadership and management planning in units under and affiliated with the Ministry of Health, the HUPH Party Committee has conducted a review and supplement of the 2021-2026 period leadership and management planning and the 2026-2031 period leadership and management planning. During March 2023, HUPH leadership applied steps by planning regulations. The dossier of planning for leaders and managers including such titles as Chairman/ Chairwoman of the Board of Trustee, Rector, and Vice-Rectors (in charge of professional and economic affairs) for the 2026-2031 term has been completed by regulations and submitted to MOH Party Civil Affairs Committee for approval.
