Soft skills training and career development programs for students conducted by HUPH

In December 2022, HUPH organized a thematic event on career development entitled: "Employment capability improvement through K.S.A" for 3rd and 4th-year students and a skills training session on "Writing CVs and answering questions in job interviews" for final-year students. The career development program was conducted with presentations from guest speakers who were experts in the fields of human resources and career development. During the event, students were updated with information on the labour market, and formulas to improve their employability, and they also received useful advice before searching for and choosing a job that matches their interests and own competence. Soft/essential skills training session is an annual program for final-year students. In the coming time, students will continue to be introduced to skills in communication, self-management, innovative thinking, and start-up.
