HUPH organized a consultative workshop on ministerial-level Science and Technology research findings: The current situation and some factors influencing the quality of commune health workers in Vietnam, 2021-2022

In implementing the Science and Technology research project at the ministerial level (Ministry of Health), on the morning of December 15, 2022, at the Guest House of the National Assembly Office, HUPH in collaboration with the Administration of Science, Technology, and Training (ASTT) - Ministry of Health organized a consultative workshop on research findings from the current situation and some factors influencing the quality of commune health workers in Vietnam. Attending the workshop were researchers on the health system, health human resources, and especially more than 30 representatives of commune health workers representing the regions of the North, Central, and South. At the workshop, research findings on the current situation and factors influencing the quality of health human resources at the commune level were announced, and at the same time, the discussion was made on recommendations and solutions to improve the quality of the commune health workforce in Vietnam.
