The Faculty of Clinical Medicine - HUPH conducted training for health workers at the provincial and district levels of Quang Nam and Ha Tinh provinces to implement the "Health care and Rehabilitation for victims of toxic chemicals/Dioxin" project, 2022

Within the framework of the Dioxin project, on December 22 and 23, 2022, the Department of Rehabilitation - Faculty of Clinical Medicine, HUPH in collaboration with the Department of Health of Quang Nam province organized a training course on early detection, intervention, and rehabilitation for Dioxin victims/people with disabilities. The training course attracted nearly 100 trainees who are doctors, technicians, and health workers working at health facilities in Quang Nam province. The trainer of the training program was Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tran Trong Hai, President of the Vietnam Association for Rehabilitation, and Dr. Do Chi Hung, MD – as a technical advisor, from the HUPH Department of Rehabilitation together with a team of lecturers in that department. The content of the training course was not only about disability-related issues, and early detection but also knowledge about community-based rehabilitation programs.
