HUPH key staff retreat to update the Strategic Plan to 2025, with a vision to 2030

November 1 - 2, 2023, a retreat to review the strategic plan for the period 2020 - 2025 was held by HUPH in Hoa Binh. At the event, leaders in charge of strategic goals (SGs) presented several adjusted contents of the Strategic Plan for the period 2020 - 2025 in a direction consistent with social needs and actual implementation. On the second working day, a more detailed discussion was given on several specific solutions of SGs for service delivery and digital transformation to determine more positive changes in the coming time. Conference was reached and tasks were assigned to SGs groups to finalize the strategic plan for approval and implementation shortly.
