A Thematic Talkshow: "Do you understand correctly about weight loss methods?" run by HUPH Nutrition Club

HUPH Nutrition Club in collaboration with the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety organized a Talkshow to provide and improve scientific knowledge about effective weight loss. The activity saw the engagement of Dr. Truong Hong Son, MD - Director of the Vietnam Institute of Applied Medicine and deputy Secretary General of the Vietnam Medical Association. Dr. Son shared a very enthusiastic and dedicated session with students. After the sharing session, participating students learned about misconceptions and learned effective weight loss methods as well as common difficulties in losing weight.
