HUPH lecturers co-chaired and made presentations at the scientific conference on preventing harmful effects of tobacco organized by the Ministry of Health on December 12, 2023

On the afternoon of December 12, 2023, Prof. Hoang Van Minh, MD, Ph.D.  – Rector and Assoc. Prof. Le Thi Thanh Huong, Ph.D. – Vice Rector of HUPH co-chaired with Assoc. Prof. Dr. Luong Ngoc Khue, Director General of the Department of Medical Service Administration at the Scientific Workshop on Prevention of Harmful Effects of Tobacco. The workshop was held within the framework of the Conference reviewing 10 years of implementing the Law on Prevention of Tobacco Harms, chaired by the Minister of Health. Also at the workshop, Assoc. Prof. Tran Thi Tuyet Hanh, Ph.D., on behalf of the HUPH research team, presented an important report on the situation of tobacco use in Vietnam in the period 2010-2023.
