HUPH faculty-staff annual meeting for 2021 – 2022 academic year

On the afternoon of October 15, 2021, HUPH Faculty-Staff Meeting for the academic year 2021 – 2022 was completed.

Due to the COVID-19 complicated situation, HUPH Management Board and the Staff Union have made a consultation and agreed to organize the online meeting with connection to various locations to ensure safe adaptation and flexibility in line with the Government's principles of epidemic prevention and control. Attending the meeting were members of the HUPH Party Committee, Board of Trustee, Management Board, Chairperson of Staff Union, Secretary of Youth Union, People's Inspectorate Board, and all faculty and staff of HUPH organized into 16 locations.

The meeting adopted the Draft work performance review Report in the academic year 2020 - 2021 and orientations and tasks of the academic year 2021 - 2022; Draft report on the implementation of democracy in 2020 – 2021 academic year and major orientations and tasks for the academic year 2021 – 2022; Activity review report of the People's Inspectorate Committee for 2019 - 2021 term and orientations and activities for 2021 – 2023 term. The conference elected the People's Inspectorate Board for the term of 2021 - 2023 with a high consensus. Comments and opinions were listened to and exchanged among the faculty and staff in the constructive spirit and desire to join hands and contribute unanimously to complete the tasks set out by HUPH.

At the staff annual meeting, the emulation covenant for the academic year 2021 - 2022 between the University and the Executive Board of Staff Union was signed. In closing the Meeting, Prof. Hoang Van Minh, MD, Ph.D., Rector - representative of the HUPH leadership launched an emulation movement for the academic year 2021 - 2022. The staff annual meeting demonstrated the determination of all faculty and staff for the new academic year 2021 - 2022 to help the HUPH continue to maintain its position and reap many successes.
